Who is Jason Floyd?

Jason Floyd is a professional golf trainer and founder of the Jason Floyd Golf Academy.

Professional career:
Jason Floyd was the protegé of David Leadbetter, and he was allowed to observe and help David as he worked with some of the world’s best golfers such as Ernie Els, Nick Price, Justin Rose, Greg Norman, Lee Westwood and Ian Poulter.

Jason belongs to the school of philosophy which believes that to achieve full potential in the game, it is essential to apply a fully rounded focus on the player’s development. This focus includes training and orientation in all areas of the game, including swing efficiency, short game, putting, physical, nutritional and mental conditioning, course management, tournament preparation, life skills, and a perfectly adapted approach to suit each individual according to their needs.

This knowledge has been used by Jason Floyd over the last 20 years to train players to win the European Tour, having also worked with Ryder Cup and trained in the US PGA Tour.

Currently, Jason is focusing his attention on the future up and coming professionals, using his game philosophy and experience, together with his team of Instructors to provide students in his Academy with everything they need to succeed in life.

Ewen Murray, the top commentator of Sky Sports and ex player of the European Tour said that he would not hesitate in confirming that “Jason is one of the youngest and most intelligent trainers in today’s golfing world”.

Jason has graduated as “Titleist Performance Institute Certified Golf Fitness Instructor” and in recognition of his work the PGA of Great Britain awarded Jason with the prestigious status of Advanced PGA Professional in 2008 and PGA Fellow Professional in 2012.
