Introducing our new JFGA Performance Code

Welcome to our new JFGA Performance Code blog where, each week, one of our team will be discussing a different topic they are passionate about and also providing an insight into the ethos we have here at the Jason Floyd Golf Academy to better understand why our approach to training is truly bespoke to each individual student.

Core Academy Values

The JFGA Instructional Team will also be discussing a range of different subjects within our core academy values – Mental, Physical & Technique. This includes long game/short game skills and techniques, mental performance and well-being, physical screening & philosophies and much more.

‘We Don’t Guess. We Measure.’

To launch our blog, the month of May will be focused on one of our most important values when it comes to evaluating and improving our students golf performance – collecting and gathering factual and quantifiable information on a student’s skill set to provide feedback based on science. At the Jason Floyd Golf Academy, ‘We Don’t Guess. We Measure.’

Game Changing Improvements

This week, Matt, Academy Director at the Jason Floyd Golf Academy will be discussing the different types of technology we use here at JFGA to scientifically evaluate our students golf performance and how we use this to work on game changing improvements with our instructor team.

Each week our blog topics will feature on our social media. We invite you to ask any questions related to the topic on these channels. You can also tag us in any content or follow our posts by using #JFGAPerformanceCode.

Over the year, Performance Code will evolve into an excellent resource of blogs, video content etc, that will help with your overall approach to golf. We’ll be sharing this on our website, YouTube, Instagram etc.
