The AAA European Final has kicked off at San Roque Club, Old Course, with much at stake. All competitors are vying to secure the highest possible finish, with the Order of Merit of the Triple A Series set to be awarded at the end of the week to the U21 Girls’ and U21 Boys’ Winners.

On Day 1, in the boys’ category, JFGA Elite Student Leif Breede seized the lead with an impressive score of 71! Leif was closely trailed by Roy Willemsen, who shot 73, while currently in 3rd place in the U21 Boys’ Category is Thomas De Klerk with a score of 75.

Meanwhile, in the girls’ category, previous Triple A European Masters and Championships winner, Cristina Albertazzi, claimed the lead with a score of 67 (-5)! Following closely behind in second place was JFGA Elite Student Ottavia Franzinelli with a score of one over par. Currently in third place are Camille Beuret, Siria Ballini, & Estelle Berbner with a score of 78.

The Order of Merit Leaderboard for U21 Boys & Girls Category

In the Boys’ Order of Merit, the stage is set for an exhilarating showdown as Roy Willemsen squares off against formidable contenders in JFGA Junior Student Thaddeus Huainigg and Roman Pivoda in a bid for the coveted title. Eyes will also be on Enzo Desgranges, Andrea Gallini, Leif Breede, and Juhana Seppänen as they strive for a place among the top 5 finishers, promising an intense battle on the course. 

In the Girls’ Order of Merit, all eyes are on JFGA Student Ottavia Franzinelli as she endeavours to clinch the prestigious title with a commanding finish. However, her path to victory won’t be without hurdles, as fellow JFGA Students Siria Ballini, Maria Khristenko, and Cami Beuret will challenge her reign and vie for a spot within the top 5. The competition promises to be fierce as these talented individuals showcase their skills on the course.
