There are just two weeks until the next event in the Triple-A World Series is held at the La Hacienda, Alcaidesa Links. 

Who Will Be The Champion?

After our first Triple A World Series event finished in spectacular fashion with Roy Willemsen birdieing the first play off to win the boy’s category and Iza Ståhlevi taking the girl’s title. Roy will be competing in the next Triple A Series Tournament, the Triple A European Championship to see if he maintain his winning streak.

 

The Triple A European Championship 2022 was hosted at the 2023 Solheim Cup host golf course – Finca Cortesin. Jackie Knight took the title in the girl’s category with a winning score of 235. The 2022 Boy’s Triple A European Championship winner was Gustav Ordel, with an impressive score of 212.

This year, the Triple A European Championship will take place for the first time at La Hacienda – Alcaidesa Links Golf Resort; the new Links Course, overlooking the Mediterranean, is the only Links-style course in Southern Europe. The par 72 layout, designed by Peter Alliss and Clive Clark was inaugurated in 1992 but has recently undergone an extensive renovation. 

The tournament schedule for 2023-2024:

Triple A European Championship – 29 November – 1 December 2023 – La Hacienda – Links Golf Resort

Triple A European Invitational – 31 January – 2 February 2024 – Real Club de Golf Sotogrande

Triple A European Classic – 21 February 2024 – 23 February 2024

Triple A European Open – 20 March 2024 – 22 March 2024

TRIPLE A EUROPEAN FINAL – 24-26 April 2024 (entrants must have participated in at least one of the tournaments above to earn qualifying points).
